Data used
When you visit the website, technical data needed for display and security may be processed by the hosting provider, including the IP address, request date and browser information. If you write to us, we use your contact details and the content of your message to reply.
Cookies and advertising
WordPress may use technical cookies for login and preferences of people authorised to administer the website. mlwebapp.com does not currently display Google AdSense advertising. If AdSense is activated, Google and other third-party providers may use cookies or other identifiers to serve ads based on visits to this or other websites. Newsletter subscriptions and emails
If you choose to subscribe, we store your email address, website language at the time of signup (French, English or Arabic), subscription status and the dates of your request and activation. Your subscription becomes active when you submit the form after ticking the consent box. No email confirmation click is required. You then receive a welcome email with links to the learning path, followed by a summary and a link whenever a new article is published in your chosen language.
This information is used to manage the mlwebapp newsletter and its technical operation. Messages are handed to the email mechanism of the WordPress website hosted by Hostinger. The newsletter does not track opens or clicks and does not set tracking cookies. A temporary, non-readable identifier derived from the IP address helps limit abusive requests; the newsletter subscriber list does not store the raw IP address.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Requests that remain pending are deleted after 7 days, and unsubscribed records after 30 days. Accepted or cancelled delivery logs are retained for up to 90 days. Cleanup takes place when the website’s scheduled tasks run.
